Our global Client Solutions Group comprises of professionals dedicated to delivering new business initiatives, product development, fund formation, capital raising and client relations across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. You will be exposed to all aspects of the Client Solutions Group activities to deliver the whole of Macquarie Asset Management’s investment capabilities within private markets with a focus on Korean clients.

What you’ll be doing

You will sit side-by-side with Client Solutions Group team members in Seoul, learn on the job, and make a difference by supporting their day-to-day business development activities while also working on critical projects. You will have the opportunity to learn about a whole range of Macquarie Asset Management’s investment capabilities by supporting senior professionals’ client interactions, client requests and delivering marketing/investor relations material for internal and external use.

You will take ownership of translating fund notices and investor communications, drafting distribution letters, and ensuring accuracy through AI tools and consistency across Korean and English documents. You will prepare meeting materials, manage investor data updates, consolidate inquiries into structured resources, and coordinate investor events and credential updates. Additionally, you lead event coordination and credential updates, guaranteeing smooth operations and professional representation for CSG Korea. Through these responsibilities, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client interactions, investor relations, and marketing deliverables while developing technical and analytical skills.

What you offer
  • Current undergraduate from a degree background including business, economics and finance with strong academic performance
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship from Jan/Feb to Jun/Jul 2026 for 6 months
  • Possess a basic understanding of economics, corporate finance and /or accounting. CFA and/or FRM certification would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
  • Excellent communications skills with fluency in English and Korean and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI-based translation tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
