What role will you play?

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of People and Culture transformation initiatives, helping turn strategy into practical outcomes across areas such as talent acquisition, reward, talent management and operating model change.

You will be responsible for planning, tracking and delivering program outcomes, ensuring work is well managed, risks are actively addressed and delivery stays on track. Drawing on your experience across complex programs, you will also help shape stronger ways of working across the broader transformation team and support consistent, effective delivery practices.

This is an opportunity to work across People and Culture, technology, digital and business stakeholders in a role that combines delivery leadership with transformation impact. You will bring structure, momentum and sound judgement in a fast-moving environment, helping deliver solutions that improve service delivery, employee experience and organisational effectiveness at scale. 

What you offer

  • 7+ years’ experience in project or program delivery, ideally across financial services, People and Culture, or transformation environments with a technology component.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with high attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to work across complex stakeholder groups and manage expectations in evolving business environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to deliver outcomes.
