Our People and Culture Digital, Change and Delivery team are part of our Financial Help shape the future of People and Culture at Macquarie. What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst within the Service Transitions program, you will articulate business requirements, conduct impact analysis, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with peers across People & Culture, Technology, and the Employee Experience Design team to identify impacted stakeholders, propose solutions, and present your findings.

You will deliver business analysis to support the transition of services into People Experience (Px). This includes mapping current and future state processes and supporting the design of end-to-end employee services. You will apply customer-centred methodologies to develop data-led solutions across complex systems, ensuring services are aligned to employee needs and organisational objectives.

You will also play a key role in supporting planning activities across the People & Culture transformation team. Drawing on core business analysis expertise, you will help ensure clarity, consistency, and effective execution across the program.  

What you offer

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the people and culture or people experience domain
  • Familiarity with data literacy, building business requirements, and testing approaches and execution
  • Proven experience in business process mapping and design
  • Familiar with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with an outcome focused approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstratable stakeholder management skills.
