As the Global People Services Transition Lead, you will lead a newly established team responsible for planning and delivering how services transition into People Experience across Macquarie.

This is an opportunity to lead complex, business-critical transition work in a global environment. You will define and lead the end-to-end transition of services into People Experience, ensuring they are scalable, operationally robust and designed to deliver a strong employee and leader experience.

Working across transformation, service design and delivery, you will lead the move from current-state services to a future model that is more consistent, efficient and globally scalable. You will work closely with People Experience, Product, Business Partnering, regional teams and transformation leaders across People and Culture to ensure transitions are well sequenced, risks are actively managed and ownership is clear from the outset.

This role is central to the success of Macquarie’s broader People and Culture transformation. You will help ensure service transitions are delivered as thoughtful, end-to-end changes that improve the employee and leader experience while strengthening operational performance, governance and control.
