At a pivotal point in our transformation journey, and with strong leadership backing, we are building a digitally enabled, scalable and future-ready People and Culture function across our global organisation. You’ll join the Strategy, Governance & Change team at the centre of this transformation, supporting program coordination, governance and delivery across the function. This is an opportunity to build highly valued transformation experience, work alongside senior leaders and contribute to complex, high-impact work while developing your capability in a growing transformation environment.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

As the Transformation Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of a large, multi-workstream people transformation. You will help turn strategic priorities into organised delivery by maintaining plans, coordinating forums and workshops, tracking actions and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to keep work moving.

In this role, you’ll work closely with workstream leads, the Transformation Office and senior stakeholders to support planning, governance and reporting across the program. You’ll help bring structure and follow-through to delivery by coordinating workshops and governance forums, maintaining key program artefacts and ensuring actions, updates and decisions are captured clearly and kept current. You’ll also build valuable experience in transformation by working across priorities, helping surface risks and dependencies, and providing proactive support that keeps work moving in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with confidence preparing clear updates, materials and documentation
  • Sound judgement and an ability to understand business context, ask good questions and proactively identify follow-up actions
  • Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, while recognising this is a support and coordination role rather than a program leadership position
  • Exposure to tools such as Jira or Confluence would be helpful, but is not essential.
We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
