What role will you play?

As the Agile Delivery & Ways of Working Lead (Senior Manager), you will accelerate the shift to agile, product-led ways of working across People & Culture, improving how teams prioritise, deliver and measure value. You will partner closely with product managers, delivery leads and teams to lift capability, strengthen delivery discipline and drive improved customer and business outcomes, while embedding consistent approaches to prioritisation, planning and delivery.

You will enhance cross-team visibility, flow and predictability, build organisational capability through targeted training and hands-on coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through outcome-based measures, consistent metrics and data-driven feedback. 

What you offer

  • 5+ years experience in agile delivery, product operating models or transformation programs, with some exposure to the P&C domain
  • Demonstrated experience in product management will be highly regarded
  • Proven track record of improving delivery outcomes and ways of working at scale
  • Deep knowledge and experience of embedding agile mindset and practices across complex environments
  • Adaptability in coaching approach, with a proven record in adapting style and engagement to achieve desired outcomes for different audiences
  • Excellent communicator, facilitator and influencer with a proven track record of enabling teams to deliver change at scale.
  • Comfortable engaging with and coaching individuals at all levels, from delivery teams to senior executives.
