What role will you play?

As a returner, you will receive training, hands-on work experience, group coaching and mentoring to set you up for success. This program enables you to work on projects that match your expertise and interests, potentially leading to a full-time role with Macquarie. 

Technology enables every aspect of Macquarie, having a positive impact on our employees, customers and communities. You’ll join a global team that’s driving digitalization, connecting people and data, building platforms and applications and designing tomorrow's technology solutions.

What you offer

 • Had a voluntary career break of at least two years. 
 • A professional qualification relevant to the role you are applying for. 
 • Previous work experience with relevant and transferable skills for the role. 
 • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn. 
 • Strong adherence to timelines and attention to detail.
