Insight Days is a two-day immersive experience where you can gain valuable insight into a career in financial services. Discover how our interns are empowering what’s possible as they work together with our teams to create value that matters, for our clients, community and for their own career. 

The opportunity

Join us in our regional headquarters in New York City and discover your own unique vision for a fulfilling career.  
  • We’ll provide a general overview of our business, and you’ll have the opportunity to dive deeper into one of our various business groups hiring interns including Commodities and Global Markets, Macquarie Capital and Macquarie Asset Management
  • Hear from our innovative network of people on their own career journeys and our inclusive culture. 
  • Our teams will share their expertise through in-depth case studies highlighting how we are innovating and investing in a better future. 
  • Strengthen and hone your skills through participating in interactive workshop sessions.

Who should apply

The program has been designed for current sophomores with graduation dates between December 2027 – June 2028.


How to apply

Complete our online application by December 7, 2025. If you are selected for the program, you will be notified in January. We will cover domestic travel and accommodation for individuals traveling from outside the greater New York area.
