What role will you play?

As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives within the Cyber Risk Evolution Program. You will engage with stakeholders across business and technology, plan and execute delivery strategies, and foster collaboration across teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment with customer needs, maintaining high-quality program artefacts, and driving seamless execution of initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

What you offer

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery within Cybersecurity or Information Security, with recent exposure to projects in institutional banking or the financial services industry across Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Proven expertise in Risk Management Frameworks and Agile Methodology, including proficiency with JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Familiarity with risk profiling, cyber controls, and metrics, with experience in these areas highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and manage expectations effectively.
