Our team sits within Banking and Financial Services, Macquarie’s retail bank and supports the business through financial planning and analysis of costs. We work closely with stakeholders to provide clear insight, support decision-making, and manage performance in a fast-moving environment.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support cost management through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with stakeholders to explain performance, identify trends, and improve how we manage and report costs. You will also contribute to ongoing improvement of processes through automation and new ways of working.

What you offer

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear insights.
• Clear communication skills, with confidence presenting financial information to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.
• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications are well regarded.
