Join our Design and Development team within the Risk Management Group, where you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital learning and communication solutions that support key risk management initiatives. You will combine instructional design expertise, advanced online course development capabilities and visual storytelling skills to create engaging, user-centric learning experiences that drive understanding and impact.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for designing and developing interactive online learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline, incorporating features including branching scenarios, variables, triggers and assessments to enhance learner engagement. You will translate complex risk management concepts into engaging, learner-focused content and develop reusable templates and components to support scalability and consistency across projects.

You will integrate multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, video and animations, into course builds to create visually compelling learning experiences, while ensuring all outputs meet quality assurance and accessibility standards. In close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will deliver effective and impactful learning solutions, while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and design standards.

In addition, you will manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising deliverables and incorporating feedback to continuously improve course design and overall learner experience.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years’ experience in online course development and multimedia design
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including experience developing complex interactivity using triggers, variables and states, as well as scenario-based learning and branching logic
  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom templates and reusable learning components
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (including Rise and Review) is an advantage
  • Strong capability in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Proven graphic design skills with strong attention to detail and visual communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), with familiarity in SharePoint an advantage
  • Highly creative and detail-oriented with a strong passion for learning design and visual communication.
