What role will you play?

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of supplier onboarding and ongoing due diligence assessments, providing guidance to stakeholders regarding policy and standard requirements as well as the associated system workflow, delivering relevant reporting requirements, supporting on the development of process documentation and identifying improvement opportunities to further enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with organisational policies and standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders and peers locally and globally

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and self-driven mindset

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in coordinating projects, initiatives or changes

• A background in risk management or prior work experience in financial services is an advantage.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
