Join our Market Data team within Group Procurement in this exciting opportunity working with a global team, managing the contracting process for Market Data services. This role will also provide administrative support to the Group Procurement market data billing team based in Manila and the global administration team.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing the timely review, renewal and cancellation of existing market data contracts, ensuring compliance with internal processes and best practices. You will track upcoming contract renewals, report to internal stakeholders, and perform in-depth analysis on how existing contracts are utilised within the organisation. A key part of your role will involve basic contract negotiations with market data vendors and sourcing financial approvals from internal stakeholders.

You will assist the business in establishing new contracts for market data services while adhering to contract management best practices and coordinating reviews of contracts with the legal team. Additionally, you will manage and develop the month-end contract reporting process and work closely with the Group Procurement Market Data Operations team to ensure seamless integration of the contract lifecycle within broader operational processes.
