What role will you play?

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll build and maintain data services and pipelines using industry best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business while developing high quality software in a DevOps environment. The role also involves automating testing and delivery processes, and ensuring strong standards across code quality, testing and security

What you offer

• 8–10 years of data engineering background with strong Big Data capabilities, including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto, and data formats such as Parquet, ORC, and Avro
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and Ansible to support automated deployment pipelines Strong exposure to cloud environments—preferably AWS or GCP—for designing and managing scalable data solutions
• Advanced skills in Python, Java, SQL, and shell scripting, with hands on delivery of Python based ETL processes
• Demonstrated success delivering ETL/ELT initiatives and building reliable, optimised data pipelines Solid understanding of technical architectures, distributed systems, and scalable application design patterns
• Ability to manage stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical designs, and deliver end to end solutions
