Our team sits within Macquarie Asset Management’s Enterprise and Digital group and supports public market investing across Fixed Income and Equities. We focus on shaping and delivering digital solutions that help investment teams work more efficiently and make informed decisions.

What role will you play?

In this role you will set the direction and lead the design, development and delivery of digital solutions across our public investments platform. You will work closely with investment teams, technology partners and senior leaders to understand strategic goals, prioritise opportunities and translate them into scalable, secure and well-integrated digital tools. You will also lead and develop high performing teams, promote modern ways of working, and ensure digital products deliver clear value for the business and our stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 15+ years’ of experience in product management or technology leadership, including experience in public markets, investment management or financial services
  • Strong experience defining and delivering digital product strategies in complex, data-driven organisations
  • A deep understanding of public markets workflows and how digital solutions support investment and business outcomes
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration
  • Knowledge of data analytics, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in financial or analytical contexts.
