An excellent opportunity has arisen with Macquarie Asset Management to support the Wealth distribution business management and sales enablement leaders on the execution of our global Wealth business plan. What role will you play?

As a member of the Client Solutions Group within Macquarie Asset Management, you will bring your analytical mindset and strategic thinking to help tactically deliver results aligned to the expansion of our presence in the Wealth client segment on a global level. You will support global go-to-market plans, transformation projects, and initiatives to drive change impacting the distribution teams and develop ideas for key metrics to measure our progress toward goals, including adoption of new processes, systems, tools, and strategies. Additionally, you will develop and document processes, create pipeline and activity reporting, and contribute to technology and platform roadmaps aligned to distribution needs.

Salary range for this position in New York only: $115,000 - $150,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in strategy, business management or project management and sales enablement, ideally within the asset management distribution sector
  • Analytical and presentation skills, with an ability to interpret data, extract commercial insights, synthesize into management presentations and communicate effectively
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and global environment
  • Ability to multitask and facilitate the implementation and adoption of new business processes across distribution teams globally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
