Join our Financial Management team in Banking and Financial Services division, where you can excel and make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a team we are responsible for driving Finance Transformation change initiatives through the automation of Financial Control, FP&A, enhancement of the Management Reporting Processes and upgrading Tax.

Partner with stakeholders to design automated, future-ready financial processes and controls. As a seasoned Business Analyst you would be required to lead a holistic analysis across the value chain, leveraging data and automation to strengthen regulatory outcomes and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision.

What you offer

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial Services, preferably with direct experience in Finance Transformation initiatives
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations (e.g., Anaplan, TM1, Oracle etc.), automation of Financial Control processes, and enhancement of Management Reporting
Proven experience working within Agile teams, including proficiency with Jira for managing backlog, user stories, and sprints, and effective communication and collaboration via Slack
Strong experience in business process mapping, clearly articulating both current and future states, and managing the transition between the two
Proven ability and practical experience in working with General Ledger systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and effectively collaborate across all levels of business and technical stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail combined with a flexible, adaptive approach, a continuous learning mindset, and high motivation and drive.
