Join our Financial Management team in Banking and Financial Services division, where you can excel and make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a team we are responsible for driving Finance Transformation change initiatives through the automation of Financial Control, FP&A, enhancement of the Management Reporting Processes and upgrading Tax.

Partner with stakeholders to design automated, future-ready financial processes and controls. As a seasoned Business Analyst you would be required to lead a holistic analysis across the value chain, leveraging data and automation to strengthen regulatory outcomes and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial Services, preferably with direct experience in Finance Transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations (e.g., Anaplan, TM1, Oracle etc.), automation of Financial Control processes, and enhancement of Management Reporting
  • Proven experience working within Agile teams, including proficiency with Jira for managing backlog, user stories, and sprints, and effective communication and collaboration via Slack
  • Strong experience in business process mapping, clearly articulating both current and future states, and managing the transition between the two
  • Proven ability and practical experience in working with General Ledger systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and effectively collaborate across all levels of business and technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with a flexible, adaptive approach, a continuous learning mindset, and high motivation and drive.
