Our Central Product and Delivery team within the Risk Management Group leads transformative change across our divisions. We partner closely with teams to uplift systems, processes and governance, with a growing focus on AI enablement and the introduction of digital workers and intelligent automation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives by defining business needs, validating requirements, and coordinating pilots and onboarding activities. You will act as the central connection point between business teams, technology specialists, risk partners, and external vendors to ensure solutions are compliant, secure, and user‑centred. Your work will help divisions identify meaningful AI opportunities, improve processes, and maintain strong governance across evolving capabilities.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within financial services, consulting or risk‑related environments, with the ability to assess processes and design future‑state solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the capability to challenge existing approaches, identify gaps, and document clear and effective workflows
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and guiding groups towards aligned decisions and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A risk‑aware and forward‑looking mindset, with the confidence to anticipate issues, make sound decisions, and escalate appropriately when required.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
