Our Core and Personal Technology team provides a safe and responsive environment that enables Macquarie to pursue opportunities with confidence. You will support the delivery of a variety of infrastructure and personal technology projects for Macquarie’s business and support groups.

What role will you play?

You will facilitate communication between business and technical teams with project delivery support by understanding and translating requirements. You will understand the customer's business strategy, processes and needs to identify operational, financial, and technological risks, as well as improvement opportunities.

Your responsibilities will span from leading small to mid-size projects, to supporting larger projects that focus on enhancing operational business functions that impact team members and providers at the market level.

What you offer

  • 8+ years of IT experience as a Business Analyst across various sized projects and programs
  • Ability to identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in project analysis to produce and document business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals and UAT plan
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during quality assurance process
  • Ability to clearly document business processes, system requirements, and process differentiation
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities for process and system inefficiencies to increase customer adoption and satisfaction.
