Join the Macquarie Asset Management Enterprise Division in a global role and collaborate with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific to support the uplift of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data capabilities, to ensure regulatory obligations are met. This is an exciting period of transformation within the team, where both business and Macquarie-wide Enterprise teams are uplifting existing and implementing new IAM processes as well as building a better understanding of data governance and implementing best practice principles. The team performs a vital role for Macquarie Group ensuring access is provided to Macquarie systems to the right users for the right reasons at the right time.

What role will you play?

As a manager, you will be working with diverse stakeholders representing the asset management business, technology, and operational risk. You will perform business analysis activities for the design and onboarding of asset management applications to our Identity Access Management governance platform (SailPoint IIQ) as well as business process mapping for business Roles, Segregation of Duties and other Identity Access Management related activities. Working as a key member of a team with capabilities in data quality, data advisory and risk management, you will drive the implementation of data management best practices to enable a data-driven and data risk management culture. You will leverage your expertise in Data Management to develop, manage and implement data frameworks to align with Macquarie policies and to meet regulatory requirements. 

Salary range for this position: $120,000 - $145,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Strong interpersonal skills in establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels with a focus on effectively managing expectations
  • 4-5 years of working experience in an IAM and/or Data governance related position
  •  Strong understanding of Identity Access Management domains such as Access Management, Identity Life cycle management, Privileged Access Management, etc.
  •  Implementation of data governance program and advanced skills using data governance tools
  • JIRA and Confluence system experience is highly preferred.
