You will join our Human Resources Digital, Change and Delivery team as part of our Corporate Operations Group who deliver operational, technical and transformational projects both in agile and hybrid/waterfall methodologies.

What role will you play?

In this role you will have proven experience as a business analyst and will be involved in the impact analysis, requirement gathering for these changes, as well as stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with peers from across Human Resources and Human Resources Operations and Technology to identify the impacted stakeholders, propose solutions and present your findings.

What you offer

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Capability with data literacy, building business requirements, and testing approaches and execution
  • Familiar with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills, with proactivity and great attention to detail
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, outcome-focused approach to the stream of work.
