What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a mix of business and technical stakeholder across Banking and Financial Services - understanding complex problems and turning them into detailed requirements. Your role will support the Product Manager in backlog prioritisation, understanding and articulating value vs effort trade-offs and working collaboratively with the engineering team across various tasks including data analysis, stakeholder communications and more.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in a software engineering team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to different stakeholders
• Self-motivated, accountable individual with an open mind and ability to challenge status quo
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to tease out problem statements
• Experience working with service design, UX and UI design to ensure business requirements align with customer and user experience
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, forming insights to inform business decisions
• Experience with business process modelling, mapping workflows
• Experience with banking products, technologies such as Pega, Temporal, Atlassian tool suite, building APIs, desired
