What role will you play?

As a key member of our platform team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the quality and scalability of our digital solutions. Acting as the vital link between our business and technology teams, you will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive innovation and excellence. Your contributions will directly influence the development of high-quality, user-centric reporting solutions, ensuring our digital platforms consistently meet the evolving needs of advisers and their clients. 

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define project scope and vision, elicit and analyse business needs through workshops, interviews, and data analysis, and transform these insights into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. By championing a culture of quality and continuous improvement, you will help us deliver solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards in the industry.

What you offer

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and financial services industry
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and define efficient and scalable solutions
  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
