What role will you play?

You will join a team dedicated to solving problems and delivering meaningful outcomes for our staff and clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding staff and customer needs by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points and refining user stories. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to ensure our highest‑value problems are prioritised, and you will define and execute test cases to ensure releases are delivered to a high standard of quality.

What you offer

• 5- 7 years' experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Financial services experience is highly regarded.
• Prior experience working on Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, with analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to break down complex problems into smaller components.
• Proficiency in documentation, with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivation, with the ability to manage your own workflow and work asynchronously with a team located across multiple time zones.
• The ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines and quickly learn new ideas and concepts.
