What role will you play?

As a Senior Associate within the team, you will support core business management activities, including resource modelling, reporting, and data analysis to inform strategy and operational decisions. You will collaborate with technology stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes, assist in embedding AI and automation into processes, and translate technical concepts into clear insights for a variety of audiences. Your proactive and adaptable approach will help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, ideally involving AI or automation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate business outcomes
