Join our Projects and Change team within the Commodities and Global Markets Finance group in our Financial Management, People and Engagement division, supporting the delivery of our Commodities and Global Markets Finance transformation initiatives. This role will be key in supporting implementation of a new Commodities and Global Markets Sub-Ledger and delivery of a new end to end data flow. What role will you play?

As an experienced Senior Change Manager, you will help drive the delivery of our new platform and all related change management activities. You will be responsible for scoping and defining the change activity plan to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are achieved.
You will also lead comprehensive change impact assessments to identify and address implications across the organisation and manage readiness activities to support adoption of change. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively managing competing priorities and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and driving engagement to ensure the smooth delivery of communication and change activities.

What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Strong and engaging communication skills
  • Experience delivering on complex projects containing multiple streams.
  • Experience developing and delivering large scale training and process remediation content
  • Experience delivering on large scale Finance related initiatives, including ERP or Ledger implementations is preferred
  • Experience managing a team of Change Management professionals across multiple locations
