Join our Central team of Commodities and Global Markets in Tokyo as an experienced Administrative Assistant.

What role will you play?

You will oversee the scheduling and travel logistics for senior team members, including arranging meetings, transportation, hotel accommodation and event catering, ensuring compliance with organisational policies. Providing support to the Japan Country Head and Business Manager, you will also be involved in translating content from English to Japanese and executing various administrative duties such as processing expense reports for staff at all levels, managing stationery supplies, etc.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the senior Executive Assistant to handle corporate expenses and manage invoice processing.

What you offer

  • Fluency in verbal and written Japanese with business level English
  • Previous experience in a financial/professional environment or similar administrative role supporting a group
  • Proactive and flexible approach to undertake a range of administrative tasks as required.
