What role will you play?

You will own the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the team-owned product and platforms and the growth and development of an engineering team. By partnering effectively with other teams, you will be empowered to make independent decisions for the team. As lead team member, you will write code, represent the team, review and plan for feature deliveries, deal with the details of project management and help the developers in their careers. Additionally, you will also help the team meet acceptance criteria for user stories and help business analysts by giving suggestions from a quality assurance perspective to improve user experience and eliminate issues.

What you offer

• 3+ years of work experience in a technical leadership role
• 8+ years of experience as a Java Engineer
• Strong background in Java and SQL with experience in automating cases
• Solid knowledge in software design, object orientation and web applications
• AWS experience and/or certification will be advantageous.
