What role will you play?

You will oversee data projects from inception to deployment, ensure the delivery of solutions that offer actionable insights and enhance workflow efficiencies for business teams. You will guide non-technical stakeholders through the complexities of solving business challenges using data and technology, while also collaborating with technical experts like Solution Architects, Developers, and Data Engineers to design and implement robust data science pipeline solutions.

In this role, you will ensure solutions are seamlessly integrated with broader systems, adhere to strict deployment and regulatory standards, and are effectively tested and implemented in partnership with Technology Partners and Enterprise Technology. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with all project stakeholders, maintain compliance with Macquarie's regulatory standards, and mentor junior analysts to foster a successful project delivery environment.

What you offer

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or related field
  • Strong background in Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), prompt engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), including experience with text representation, document processing
  • Proficiency in Python, experience with Generative AI framework and Deep Learning algorithms for building Chatbots (OpenAI python packages, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pytorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solution end-to-end, along with testing and evaluation of RAG solution performance
  • Experience using Data Science platform such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and Dataiku.
