We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who enjoys solving problems and engaging with their customers, to join our Tech Assist team in Hong Kong.

Tech Assist is the face of Technology, providing front line support for all Workplace Technologies and support requests. You will deliver a customer focused service in a professional and timely manner.

What you offer

• 2+ years’ experience working in a Technology or Customer facing role in a corporate environment
• Ability to liaise with customers in Cantonese is required
• Experience using or supporting iPhone and iPad devices and management software and collaboration products such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
• Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and demonstrate follow through and ownership of issues
• A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise as well as work effectively with minimal supervision.
