What role will you play?

As part of the core Real Estate Leadership team, you will drive multiyear, complex real estate and construction programs, including the delivery of an upcoming in-situ office refurbishment project. Bringing a people-first mindset, placing value on the end-user experience, combining empathy and strong leadership with a willingness to remain hands-on and actively involved throughout the project lifecycle. Setting long term project strategy across EMEA, including phasing, budgeting, and delivery planning. You will oversee strategic project planning, governance, approvals and cost management, shaping cross functional collaboration and guiding multi disciplinary teams of designers, architects, engineers, and service providers. 

Partnering closely with Communications, Change Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, acting as the primary interface between leadership, business units and outsourced project delivery teams. You will develop strong project briefs that clearly define scope, options, sourcing, schedule, and budget. Through your leadership, you will ensure that projects meet quality, safety and risk standards while enabling innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

  • In-house or consultancy capital projects leadership experience with strong ownership from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with regional and organisational priorities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across senior leadership teams, business functions and external partners to drive aligned project delivery
  • Act as the primary interface between business units and project teams, translating complex, multi‑disciplinary projects into clear, actionable updates.
  • Lead and govern external partners and multi‑disciplinary teams, including project managers, architects, designers and engineering consultants.
  • Strong commercial judgement, ensuring accurate cost, schedule, scope and risk management while meeting compliance and safety standards.
  • Experience in sustainable design and operations, alongside deep knowledge of construction practices, customer experience and managing competing priorities, is highly valuable.
  • Education in field such as Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is advantageous.
