What role will you play?

As a Change and Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Private Bank business by leading the delivery of strategic change initiatives across advice technology, processes and ways of working. You will work closely with clients, bankers, advice teams, technology partners and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement, implement new technology solutions, and ensure successful adoption of change. You will combine business analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication and training, you will help create more efficient and effective experiences for both clients and employees.

  • 2-3 years proven experience delivering change management activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, organisational readiness planning and adoption strategies 
  • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives involving process and technology change, ideally within financial advice or financial services environments 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Experience improving client and employee experiences through the enhancement or implementation of technology platforms, including customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex environments while focusing on business and client outcomes.
