What role will you play?

In this role, you will be involved in projects and apply change management methodologies to support the adoption of finance Initiatives for our stakeholders. As a Change Management Executive, you are expected to create change impact assessments and design interventions to drive adoption by considering people, process, and technology impacts. You will develop engaging communications and design and deliver end-user training.

• 3-5 years in a project or consulting environment with proven experience delivering change solutions and ensure successful adoption
.• Experience in Technology implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills
• Finance acumen with ability to quickly understand concepts in finance and effectively communication to impacted stakeholders
• Understanding of Oracle Finance applications is advantageous
