What role will you play?

As a Change Manager supporting the CMR Program, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of complex change initiatives across the Commodities and Global Markets and Model Risk Management remediation programme. You will lead change activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring that impacts are clearly understood, stakeholders are engaged, and outcomes are successfully embedded. Your work will help enable smooth adoption of change across a dynamic and technical environment.

What you offer

  • 7–10 years’ experience as a senior change manager within a fast-paced financial services environment, delivering complex, multi-stream programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, actionable messaging
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and delivering structured change and readiness plans to support adoption
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a collaborative team environment.
