What role will you play?

As a Client Coverage Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Real Estate clients. This includes ongoing risk management, as well as generating balance sheet and revenue growth through the delivery of superior service and insights to existing clients. You will take a client-centric approach and the time to understand your clients' business needs to tailor unique and value driven solutions. All working to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve superior client outcomes.

What you offer

  • Experience as a Client Coverage Lead, Relationship Manager or Property Professional, within Corporate and Institutional Banking
  • Strong understanding of lending against commercial investment property across various structures
  • Ability to understand complex business structures, analyse financial data and due diligence
  • A proven track record in delivering results with strong deal structuring skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long standing relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
