What role will you play?

As a Data Lead, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and stewardship of data platforms and pipelines across MAM. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated, and auditable data solutions, ensuring data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in Python, GCP, and modern data pipeline architectures, alongside strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities. We look for a seasoned data technology professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead the design and delivery and maintenance of modern data pipelines architectures, drive data governance, and mentor a growing team of Data engineers in Hyderabad. You’ll work closely with MAM’s global engineering and digital teams, contributing to strategic programs that span asset management, fund services, and client platforms.

What you offer

• 12+ years in data engineering or platform roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Data pipelines, SQL, GCP, DBT Cloud, and data orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra), dashboarding (PowerBI, Tableau), and metadata management.
• Experience in financial services, especially asset management or private markets, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams, manage delivery pipelines, and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
