Join our Cloud Platform Engineering Group and build out our new cloud control plane for the Core and Personal Technology teams. Our goal is to deliver innovative and scalable solutions in complex environments, particularly in the financial markets industry. We are striving for 100% on cloud and use innovative approaches to automation including extensive usage of proprietary Kubernetes Operators in Golang.

What role will you play?

We are uplifting our existing Ruby based cloud platform to work with the latest technology solutions seamlessly. Join our Cloud Foundations team and be part of a full lifecycle greenfield team and build the automation tooling and creating industry leading distributed systems and Kubernetes based platforms. As a talented Ruby developer, you will use your expertise to integrate our existing foundations with our new Kubernetes based cloud control plane.

What you offer

• Strong experience in building Ruby solutions
• Experienced with building on AWS cloud platform
• Experienced with building Go / Python services and/or building on Kubernetes
• Experience in managing declarative GitOps CD (ArgoCD)
• Real world experience in designing, building and supporting production applications
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform / Anthos Config Controller / Crossplane / Cloud Formation is desirable
