The Distribution Governance team engages a variety of stakeholders within Banking and Financial Services to ensure effective governance and compliance across the Broker network. Our team works closely with various teams in the ecosystem, senior stakeholders and our distribution partners to embed strong risk management practices.

What role will you play?

As a Commission Operations Analyst, where you will play a critical role in the engine room of our mortgage broker distribution channel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our commission process, ensuring the accurate calculation, timely distribution, and transparent reporting of broker commissions. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our commission system, using your analytical skills and high attention to detail to manage complex data, execute payment cycles, and resolve inquiries. Using your proactive approach to data management, problem-solving, and process execution, you will ensure our broker and aggregator partners receive a best-in-class experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in a hands-on commission, payroll or payment operations role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query, interpret, and manage large datasets
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extractions and querying is essential
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder inquiries professionally
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage lending is highly regarded 
  • Familiarity with commission systems and internal data warehouse is valuable.
