As an investment professional in the Corporate Development & Strategy team, you will collaborate with a highly experienced group to execute strategic mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence for potential strategic transactions, along with conducting in-depth research to support broader initiatives such as new product launches and business line development. The team has successfully completed acquisitions and divestitures across the U.S. and Europe, focusing on sectors such as securities investment management, real estate asset management, and technology investments.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $185,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling and corporate finance skills.
• Prior sector experience in asset management is highly regarded.
• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in mathematics, economics, finance, accounting, or other quantitative fields.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
