Join our Business Banking Credit Risk team, we are an independent risk management team in Banking and Financial Services who play a key role in bringing credit risk and data-based decisioning to our growing Business Banking Business.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be specialising in analytics within our Business Banking Credit Risk team, you will be central to how we use data to manage risk and support the business. You will be owning and advancing our credit risk reporting suite to ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy, producing monthly insights for key risk forums to drive proactive portfolio management, and conducting deep‑dive analysis to identify, quantify, and report emerging trends and risks across the portfolio. You will be partnering with sales, product, and technology teams to design and implement monitoring frameworks that measure the impact of key business initiatives, while also driving strategic enhancements by proactively analysing portfolio data to identify and recommend data‑driven improvements to our credit policy.

What you offer

• A degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or economics.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a risk-based role, preferably in the financial services sector, with coding ability in at least one scripting language i.e., R, SAS, SQL, Alteryx or Python
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work individually and as part of a team.
