Our Cyber Threat and Incident Response team helps strengthen our cyber resilience by preparing for and responding to cyber security incidents. We work closely with teams across the organisation to reduce risk, support informed decision-making, and protect our people, clients, and business operations.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the coordination, management, and communication of cyber security incidents to help minimise business impact and support effective response outcomes. You will work with technical, operational, legal, risk, and business stakeholders to maintain awareness during incidents, support timely decisions, and ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met. You will also help enhance incident management processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve our overall response capability.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience in information technology, supported by undergraduate-level education or equivalent
  • Experience working with cyber incident response playbooks and testing activities
  • Understanding of recognised cyber risk frameworks and industry best practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience working with cyber incident response, cyber threat triage, technology risk management, or technology infrastructure teams.
