- Proven ability to lead cybersecurity incident response activities, including generating, prioritizing, and delegating investigative actions, and managing technical handovers across global teams
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and effectively managing relationships during high-pressure incident scenarios
- Ability to manage incidents across the full lifecycle, including driving post-incident remediation and follow-up activities through to completion
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise updates to both technical teams and executive leadership
- Solid understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures, with the ability to apply an adversarial mindset during investigations
- Experience with enterprise-scale security environments, including large-scale log analysis platforms (e.g., Splunk), and a minimum of 5 years in security or technology roles within large organizations
