Our Cybersecurity Strategy and Culture team are responsible for driving positive cyber security behaviours across Macquarie Group globally.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Culture, your role as a Training and Awareness Manager will be to manage and contribute to internal learning and awareness campaigns across Macquarie Group.

You will analyse training requirements and develop person-based training plans to address gaps and project manage training initiatives and engagement events to drive best cyber security practices. Working with a range of stakeholders, you’ll bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical teams, produce cyber communications across multiple channels and develop cyber training material, resources and awareness collateral.

What you offer

  • Experience in cyber awareness and learning or a related field
  • A passion and interest in cyber security
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
