Join our Human Resources Technology team within Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group and play a critical role in building the next generation of data solutions, underpinning our Human Resources transformation agenda.
What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and other technical professionals to deliver data solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data projects, and ensure data solutions are delivered on time, within budget, whilst meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and project-aligned stakeholders, you will set project objectives, manage resourcing and set and appropriately manage expectations regarding project deliverables.
In addition, you will provide technical oversight and guidance on the design and implementation of data architectures, data models, and ETL processes, with reference to emerging data technologies and best practice. You will also implement and maintain data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.

- Experience in a similar role, leading the delivery of data projects in a complex business environment, with experience in Agile or other project delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in data technologies and tools such asSQL, Python, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and make informed decisions
- Prior experience working with HR Data will be highly regarded
