What role will you play?

As a Data Manager supporting Client Solutions Group, you will focus on the essentials of building data products and implementing data governance practices. you will be right in the thick of things, helping to bring our data strategy to life. You will work on breaking down big objectives into achievable tasks, get your hands dirty with the day-to-day data challenges, and ultimately build new Data Products to support our Client Solutions team to raise new funds and service client relationships. Additionally, in the first twelve months you will be working a once-in-20-year replacement of our wholesale funds platform and generating insights and performance metrics for our institutional relationship managers.

Salary range for this position: $95,000-125,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Management
  • Hands-on technical skills in SQL or Python and a general curiosity to learn about the asset management business and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and global environment
  • A general desire to work as a team, initially taking guidance from more experienced team members, then gradually taking on more complex tasks and then teaching others
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
