The Anaplan Adoption and Engineering team specialises in the strategic implementation of Anaplan software to enhance treasury forecasting and projection capabilities. What role will you play?

As a Data Operations Manager, you will guide the design and implementation of processes and controls to support robust data management and quality monitoring. You will collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and stakeholders across the business to embed best practice, identify critical data risks, and ensure that appropriate controls are in place. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and maintaining data management documentation and governance artefacts, ensuring that data definitions, lineage, and controls remain current and effective.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in data operations or similar roles, such as data governance, data management, or data architecture, including involvement in large projects or implementations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven people management experience and leadership qualities
  • Expertise in data management best practice and data governance principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with treasury, finance, or stress testing forecasting processes and experience with Anaplan or similar planning software valuable.
