Join our dynamic Group Data Office team who support and guide our Corporate Operations Group to effectively manage data risk. We work collaboratively with our stakeholders to educate, uplift, and implement key data management capabilities.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the team to develop our Group Data Strategy and define and execute initiatives that will provide targeted uplift to the Corporate Operations Group’s data capabilities and data risk management capabilities.

You will build and maintain strong relationships within the team, senior stakeholders across Group and the wider Data community at Macquarie. You will support the divisions to successfully execute on the requirements of our data frameworks by maintaining collateral, developing governance frameworks, managing reporting and developing the operating model.

What you offer

  • Experience designing and executing initiatives designed to uplift data capabilities
  • Experience designing operating and engagement models
  • A strong understanding of data governance, and the need to balance defensive and offensive data capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
