What role will you play?

As Data and Insights Analyst based in Sydney, you will partner with HR teams and the business alongside colleagues in London and New York, to support the delivery of transformation reward projects in the role as subject matter expert in data analysis.
You will manipulate and analyse a variety of data sources, including financial, employee, and external market data, to develop insights that drive our strategic and business objectives. In fostering our self-service culture, you will develop, maintain and enhance reward dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and relevant data insights. In addition, you will provide data support during the annual remuneration review process.

What you offer

  • A Bachelor's Degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in Data, Business, HR, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess, with extensive experience in compiling, analysing, and interpreting large data sets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL and/or related analytical tools is highly desirable.
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, effective solutions.
  • A resourceful and proactive attitude, coupled with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative global team.
