What role will you play?

As a Legal Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of data relating to external legal providers, legal spend, and supplier performance. You will transform complex financial, operational, and platform data into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making and effective governance. Working closely with stakeholders across Legal and Governance, you will help improve data quality, identify trends and opportunities, providing a global lens to enable greater value from external legal providers and technology investments.

What you offer

  • Experience in data analytics, data management, and building automated data workflows across multiple systems and data sources
  • Strong technical skills using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and data visualisation platforms
  • Proven ability to create reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business outcomes
  • Experience working with financial, operational, compliance, or supplier performance data, with exposure to legal spend or professional services reporting viewed favourably
  • Excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on data quality and governance, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and delivering results end-to-end.
