In this role, you’ll partner with Technology Operational Risk Banking and Financial Services teams to ensure that Technology Risk reporting is managed effectively, in line with Macquarie’s Operational Risk Management Frameworks and associated policies. You’ll work with the team to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework.

As a Delivery Lead in our Technology Operational Risk, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering complex risk programs of work across the business. You will collaborate with teams across Assurance, Banking and Wealth Products, Technology, Line 2 Risk and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

What you offer

  • Experience in project delivery and governance in the financial services industry, or similar. Experience delivering assurance, audit or risk projects is preferred but not essential
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • A proactive approach to planning, managing deadlines and juggling multiple tasks concurrently, with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, technology and Line 2 risk
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian toolkit (e.g., Jira, Confluence) highly desirable.
